cannon rotation

i have a vertically created cannon that i need the opening to rotate to where i tap and shoot in that direction, but the cannon keeps rotating so that the center of it is pointing to where i tap. any help?

Have you looked at the cannon physics template in the Gamesalad program? I think that might be what you are looking for.
