Macbook Air or Pro?

I need advice, I'm looking to get either the MacBook Air 13" or MacBook Pro 13". Would they both work well with GameSalad? Or would a Mac Mini be a better choice? Although I think I want something portable.

Advice please.

Thank you,
Steve

Both would work, but pro would be good.

    They would both work well.

I switch between using a MB Air and a 24" iMac. The MB Air works fine, but I HATE the limited screen real estate.

Between a 13" MB Air and 13" MB Pro, the MacBook Air is much lighter and has a higher screen resolution, but the new MB Pros released yesterday came with a SERIOUS performance boost. Either will do the job, imo, so it's going to come down to your preferences and features that are important to you. Good luck!

    Tough choice!

Is a 13" too small of a screen to design with GameSalad?

    Thank you

I also use a MacBook Pro and it is amazing!! And now that it is like 2x faster, why would you not want it?

Ya i have a 13" pro and must agree with tshirt its pretty annoyin although i have a desk and 21 in monitor in my basement so it works out fine thats the best solution if you want mobility plus big screen!

I got by with a 15" MBP using GS, it wasn't perfect for iPad games but it was more than acceptable - just a little scrolling from time to time.

Hmmm.... One could run a larger external monitor from any of these though right? Certainly any MacBook Pro - not so sure about the Airs though. Could be a good solution maybe?

The MB Air can run an external monitor also, just need the right adapter from Apple.
