Replicate a surface issue

When i replicate a surface that an actor collides with, the first instance of the platform is "collide-able" but the replicated instances are not.

Anyone know what the issue could be here?

I'm simply adding the replicate behavior to the one instance of the platform that I drag onto the screen.

Thanks.

do you have the collide behavior in each instance?

If you are adding the rule after you drop the actor on the stage, it is going to apply only to that instance of the actor. You either have to copy and paste that rule into every actor you drag out, or simply add the rule to the actor in the bin, and then drag them out to the stage. Then they will all have the rule applied.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something really obvious, but I have one platform actor. Within the game tab for that actor I have added the replicate behavior (5) and the collide behavior(i.e for editing that actor for the whole game not just one scene).

I then drag the platform into the scene. When I preview, 5 platform show, but the character only collides with one (the one I placed)

im pretty sure the replicated actors cant have physics attached or any sort of collide. Its just a mirror image of the original.

replicate is just that, it replicates the image of the main actor, rules do not get applied to a replicated image. It's just a mirror copy of the actor itself.
