In a rule, you can set "Actor receives event, mouse button IS down
Inside the rule, does that only apply when they bring their mouse down or WHILE the mouse is down? Because I'm trying something and something is only happening when I click. If I drag, nothing happens.

I think mouse is either up or down, try using "touch is pressed" it might give you better results

    Didn't work.

I'm hoping this can work for both computers and iphones. So, TOUCH and CLICK.

well mouse and touch are the same on idevices but for computer then yes it has to be mouse/touch or click for MAC app store. Thinking more mouse down should let you drag around the actor, I've seen it in many videos. like this one

Mouse Button is Down can be continuous, but it depends on the behaviors you're using inside the rule.

Do you see those letters next to the behaviors? There are different types... such as Persistent and Action. If you're using an Action behavior, it only runs once, not constantly.

There's a more detailed explanation about this in The Unofficial GameSalad Textbook.
