FPS check

This is driving me nuts! Im making a really intensive game. Lots of timers and spaws etc. I see a lot of FPS talk and how the frames go and up and down but can't figure out for the life of me how to check for FPS while testing on an IOS device and wherever. Hehe. Anyone gotta clue?

    Using the GS viewer you can see the fps in GS on your computer while it is playing along with memory use.
