no ios provision device connected?

idk why I keep getting this when i build my game i have no build errors but i get a message that says no ios provisioning device connected? do you know what can be causing this. one thing i also noticed if this helps is that when i plug in my ipad into my computer my itunes does not recognize it as well? can anybody help me thanks.
