Problem to publish to Ipad

Hello, I have made my first Ipad App but when I go to Build a Development App, for testing in my device, i got this error: Your account does not have the correct permissions.

I am using GameSalad 0.9.2

Please advise.

Quit gamesalad and reopen, I got the same message the first time I tried.
