using someones template?

I found a nice template I want to use as the base of my game. It doesnt have a name or anything attached to it so I was wondering if it was free to use?

I am talking about the templates that are under the NEW + tab.

Yes those are all there for you to use free for your game.You just cant use any graphics from them unless otherwise stated in the description

yes if they are downloadable there is no issue with using the code in your game. just don't use any of the art unless it says you can

FIXED : Animation problem

but I don't want to use the art anymore, It wouldn't work for the type of game I want to create.

If you are talking about this one:

which has "fixed" written on it, that was firemaplegames helping me figure out how to use animation states way back.
If so, all the art belongs to me but feel free to use any code that's in there.
