Application loder error

I cant upload my /zip file.. because when i launch application loader there are message: No eligible aplication been found, must log in itunes connect and provide information about new application. But i DID IT.. in itunes connect is info and status yellow for my app

    Hmm solved, but another error when uploading binnary: This bundle is invalid. When supporting iPad only, the iOS development target must be3.2

    did you upgrade your iPad to 4.+ ???

    have you opened xcode since you upgrade... Window>Organizer ???

    is the distribution provisioning profile for the right device/title?

    I myself have such horror stories with uploading to iTunes... last app I procrastinate for a week just dreading that whole process... and don't you know everything went smooth and fast! ha-ha on me!
