I started a tutorial for Functions and Mathematical Operations months ago.... but I have ADHD and I didn't stick with it... when I get current app done and the one more in the works...maybe I will get back to it. ;D
again, only learn what you need to know... to get the motion/action/results you want...

Theres always the unofficial GameSalad Text Book. Its good as well if your willing to spend some money. search for it on the app store. (I don't know why but I have found myself plugging that book a lot lately, and no its not by me. another GameSalad user wrote it)

start trying out easy things like max, min, random
(don't just read... use them on an actor in your sandbox play project)
As you advance... this is a nice place to learn some more!
and of course Wikipedia is very advanced!
