Scene Layout Question

Hey guys, which scene layout option should I choose? I was thinking I could decrease my app's file size by putting all the levels on one huge scene. I have 45 levels, so my scene would be 2400 x 2880. Would it be better to have one big scene, or 45 regular size (480x320) scenes? I have never used a scene this large, so I'm not sure if it would create any problems/crashes if I used a scene that large. Please let me know if you have used a large scene, and how everything worked out. Thanks everyone.

I think it's size is smaller with the big scene. And performance will be better. I think.

my Art in the Louvre is all one scene...from Logo to Credits...

but that was my first; now I do a logo/title/direction scene...playScene(s)...Credits/links scene

faster loading if initial scene is small image content...
sorta of like the computer likes to load the needed graphics immediately then load the rest... ;D

Thanks guys, I think I will go with the large scene to save file size. Much appreciated.
