Health Bar?

Ok, so I'm new to game salad. And my next game is an action arcade like street fighter.

How do I create health bars, and once I create them, how do I make it so they go down, and then from there, when they get zero, you have to restart the level and so on?

I've tried searching but can't find it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I know I might be 5 months late, but when I load up the game scene from the menu scene, how do I reset the health bar when I return to the game after my character is killed or I choose to end the game ?
