Gamesalad as a rapid iteration tool

Hey all,
I love Gamesalad as a hobbyist game designer. But I also work professionally as a product manager at a mobile game company. I am wondering, if I want to rapidly iterate on UI design concepts on hardware, could I use Gamesalad? I'm sure the answer is yes, but what I am most concerned about is security. Is there anyway I can load devices with software without publishing them to make my work available to everyone? I would be dealing with documents and artwork that isn't public, and I don't want to make it so, although I'm not exactly clear about the publishing implications of this. Any help, tips, or suggestions is appreciated, thanks!

You could also use the simulator...

In the ad hoc builds you are getting a game wrapped by Gamesalad servers so your files will need to pass to their servers and back to you.
