Touch only one actor

I have multiple actors that can spawn in the same location. When you tap this actor it gets destroyed. The problem is that when you tap an actor that has another actor behind it they both get the tap and not just the topmost actor, and then both get destroyed.
Is there a way to tell GS to pay attention to layering when detecting taps?
