Images are Horrendous !!

i have just started using gamesalad and i understand corona fairly well.I thought that gamesalad would help but so far it has not been working too well for me.

- will someone please tell me why my images are being converted into HORRIBLE resolution when i make them actors and put them into the preview screen.

    ok make sure that the numbers on the picture are even numbers, and I think divisible by four? not sure on that. and make sure that your images match or are double the actor size. if double, check resolution independence

    DL is right, I had the same issue, make sure all files a divisible by 2 or 4. Resolution independence does make an impact depending on what you're after.

    yea thats what my profile pic was, but i got it all figured out, the gamesalad cook book helps alot, another quick question though, - how do i create a touch event so that where i touch on the screen is where my actor accelerates towards. im working with a scrolling backround and yeah JW.
