As a doctor, I'm thrilled to see WATER leading the charge. Coffee is currently in 2nd, but still very unhealthy. Tea, is the lesser of the two evils (caffeinated drinks), green tea/white tea being the best choices over a black or dark tea. Beer, Wine, and Whiskey are not best, for obvious reasons. Juices, Coke, and ciders typically have added colors, flavors, and sugars that are incredibly hard on the liver and pancreas and can predispose drinkers to a plethora of health problems including hypertension, diabetes, and cancers.
Bet you didn't know that many cancers feed on fructose (Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Beet Sugar, etc)...
