Adding a Behavior

Hey guys. I read on a thread that to add a custom behavior, I have to drag a rule into the My Behaviors box. But that doesnt work. How do I add a custom behavior properly?

well...not into the pane where the myBehavior show... onto the label to the left of it that says "My Behaviors"

and you are right... it is not into the box... but it is onto the label.
