Do I have to wait to use aplication loader?

I just submitted my first app to apple and in the manage your application section the current status is "prepare for upload" but I open application loader and it says no eligible applications found.

Do I have to wait some time or any idea why I cant see my app in application loader if it already says prepare for upload in the manage your application section

    I actually had to click ready to upload binary and the status changed from prepare for upload to waiting for upload.. now just wait :)
