    This guy has taken 5+ of gamesalad demos/templates, but yet no action is taken?!?!

    HaHa yet again a reason why Game Templates Should not come with art. I feel sorry for you guys buying that stuff if you have any intention of using the art.

    Theres no action to be taken. The Template is sold with art. He bought it and has the right to submit as is. no rules broken. Only ethics

    They changed the Art. It not as bad as what others have done. Game Play and game type is not copyright protected. You guys are worrying about something there is not really anything you can do about it. The only thing the guy has done is be a bit unethical but has broken no actual rules. Just shake your head in disgust and move on.

    Wow...that really makes me mad. Its like so lazy! Its Darren's hard work putting that template together, and this guy comes and buys it and puts it up like "he" did all the work! AAARRRR! I've bought 6 of Darren great templates...BUT... I have not released any one of them because I'm changing all of the art work for my own! I'm trying to do what Darren said to do
    -take the template and make it my own-

    As stupid as the guy is, you have to expect this stuff when you sell a template with art. its one game. doubt it will hit the top of the appstore and make some real money. but this does need to stop. BUT the only legal way to stop this, is to not sell templates with art.

    OR sell the template with water-marked art. and if the buyer wants game art then sell them a pack of UNwater-marked game art for an extra fee.

    what is the point of buying the template and the art and using both? There is no point. I don't think thats right because you didn't make ANY of it. If you made the art and used the template as is I can see that. or vise versa. but I dont think people should put a template on the appstore with no changes made besides the name

    The template seller in this case sells the art with template under the premise do what you want with the art. There is nothing illegal done wrong why you guys dont get that I dont know. But thats the fact. If Darren has an issue with some idiots doing this then i'm sure he will stop including art.

    I'm just happy that these clowns are not on the forums sucking up valuable bandwidth and advice from those that are on here.

    Again, I think that with GS being free that you will see more of this as more templates hit the market. yay.
