can this be done with the background??

ok...so i know that the background can scroll across like in fig.1 ...but can i get the background move around on a pivot...like in fig.2 ??

You can prob make an actor control the camera and just set it on a hug circle using sin or cosine. Check the wiki on how to move in a circle
