I just wanna know if there is a chance I might have done something wrong that will make things more difficult.

I have a ABN, but not official business name.

Anything else? any suggestions guys. I didn't really follow tutorials till I required the certificates

Not sure what it is Where you are but in The US most cities will issue a business License to anyone who pays the fee and fills out an application. Locally Mine was $25. It varies from each city but you might check if you can do something like that.

I'm pretty sure he's is Australia, hence the 'oz'boybrian, but I think the only other difference to being a company is you have to sort out a bunch of legal stuff with apple. Thats assuming you've already registered as a business and all.

Theres no legal Stuff. Just have to provide proof you are a company. Meaning A business license or LLC or Corporation Registrations. Stuff like that. All I had to do was get a local business license and fax a copy to Apple. and Wham-o. I was registered as a company.

    Thanks to both of you.

I think a business name here costs a couple hundread dollars.
Worse comes to worse, is it possible to change it to sole owner or something?

You're right regarding the business name thing; I believe it is around $450.

As far as changing it goes, I'd call Apple if you want to change it to individual without any hassles - although really I think you should be fine if you are using your own name and have an ABN.

If it helps I originally signed up as an indivual and then changed to a company. I know you want to do it round the other way but I am sure they do that too. Just send them a message from your Dev account.
