Lava Runner hit the App Store today!

My first game lava runner was released on the App Store today. Check it out and let me know what you guys think. Any feedback would be great.

    Firstly, congrats on your first game!

    I bought it from the UK app store.

    I think you get a lot right. There's appropriate music, for one. Buttons are clear, and there's a nice childish look to the graphics.

    Some of the graphics, however, look very blurry. Perhaps read up a little on getting clearer graphics by searching the forums.

    Additionally, I'm not sure why there's a jump button. i didn't need to use it!

    Other thoughts are mainly that there's not a huge amount of variety in the game and the icon doesn't really represent anything.

    I'm guessing you're pretty young though, and this is certainly a good start. I've seen a lot worse, believe me!

    Congrats on your new game.

    I must say though, I personally think its pretty tacky to leave a review for your own app. Also your name and the reviewer name match so its dead obvious.

    The jump button comes into play on level 3 and in the arcade mode but thanks for the comments guys!
