So I have a few questions about promotional links inside my game or app.

1. If I have a paid game can I have a link to another game or app at the beginning/end to promote other games/apps? or will apple kick that out.

2. If I have iAds at the top of the page can you have banners sometimes for my own games/apps?

3. If I submit a free ver (to apple) with a link to a paid ver of a game at the end but I don't know what the link is yet will apple let me start the submission process?

1. Yes you link all you want or even put ads in your paid app. apple has no restrictions against that. (Although ads in a paid app are not advisable, but links to other games are fine.)

2. You can place your own banner where the iad displays it self and link it to what ever you want and then if an iad appears it will just cover it. This is a pretty common practice.

3. as soon as you create the app in itunes connect it will assign a URL even though there is nothing actually submitted or approved. although I would not submit a free version and link to a non existent full version so you should submit the full version first IMO
