how to format my game description on iTunes?

Can I use HTML or do I have to just use the little text box with hard returns? How would I make bullet points?

Also: How long does it take to process the ios paid application form? I didn't do that in advance and I'm trying to upload my game now. So I guess I'll have to wait

1. Only text. To make bullet points (•) hit alt+.

2. Mine took about a week a year and a half ago. Don't know now.

Great, thanks for your help. Apparently it only takes like 15 minutes to process the paid application form now.

It normally depends on if you register as business or individual. Individual is pretty quick but business takes a week or so.
