Your allowed to use royalty free sounds/images in your gs projects, but you cant resell the sounds as sounds. So am i allow to make a soundboard out of these sounds and sell that?
Possibly, depends on the license you get. Even free sounds/images have a license. I would ask the artist if you can do by mail to make sure what is possible. There is often a contact address provided with the sounds/images read me. Perhaps he likes your project and is nice and lets you use them. Make sure you have written permission. That is most probably accepted as a license might you get complaints after wards.
