if your worried it just makes all the pics and stuff fly around. Just realized it works on any website. Just tried it here. But its WAY better on fb cause there's all the friend boxes and stuff.

ummm this ones pretty commonly known but paste this into the url:

javascript:document.body.contentEditable='true'; document.designMode='on'; void 0

and you can edit the website (of course it doesn't show up on anyone elses computer like that, and you just reload the page to put it back to normal).
