I think that having multiple accounts is frowned upon here, but I'd have to check. Essentially it opens the doors to abusing the system (leaving reviews for your own games/bumping your own threads for example).
'bumping' with no new information is also frowned upon. Especially when all you say is 'bump' and when the original post seemed pretty pointless!
These are just general rules that most good forums adhere to.
