help with animation

hi ive made my game and all i need now is to drop in the png's for the player....
i drew it in adobe illustrator and then animated the walk in adobe flash where do i go from here becasue i cant export flash png's in the right dpi, its seems linked to the size so if i make the dpi 72 the dimensions are too big, if i chage the size the dpi changes ect....
what can i do ?
what programs do other people use to animate there players and then export as png
