Particle Effects

Hey all,

I have a particle effect around an actor that says "Good Job" but I want the effect to take place around the text, not right in the center of it. I was thinking a random in between a min and max value but I cant seem to get it to work. Any help is welcome.

    your gonna have to play around with it to your likeing. You can give it a offset and set the direction to random (0,360). Its really just a matter of playing around with it and testing
