Apple developer license :S

Hello everyone, Im new to GameSalad as well as to this game making .But GS seemed easy enough for me to build simple games so I wanted to buy apple license which is 99 bucks but while im on checkout page ,it shows 107 bucks while i have only 100 USD apple Gift card .Also should i tick mark ?[This order is tax exempt]

    haha yea i plan to do that but i was wondering if it is 99 or 107 bucks :P
