issue with tapping, spawning and actors.

so as you can see in the video when you click on the green background actor a red block spawns for 2 seconds then disappears.

then if you click on the white blocks it will spawn a green block in the center and stay.

but if you click on the white block, it also spawns a red one for a couple seconds (its like the white blocks are transparent!)

how do I make it so the mouse doesn't click the green through the white blocks? its puzzling.

EDIT: the green background actor is on the bottom layer, and the rest (white blocks) are on the top layer.

    hmm thats tricky, the only thing that comes to mind is to destroy red blocks when they overlap with white blocks, but that would be bad for performance.

    or you could going into the white square actor and saying when moue is down and mouse position is outside then spawn red square at mouse position
