Control loading wheel position

Is there a way to control where the spinning wheel pops up whenever the game loads? I really don't like how its just any random corner of the screen. If theres a way to make it so that it only stays in the top right corner, let me know.

    No sorry their is no way to have it change positions.

    A while back they were talking about it.
