Moving.. Track pad??

Hey, so I got a game going, and say my map is 920x480 (cant remember exact dimensions), so basically I need to move my camera around on the map, but when I move the camera away, theres still an "interact box" if you will at camera start. So if I fire a protectile it will always head towards that pad. I need it to someone follow my camera along.

I dont know if this is the trackpad or what it is?

Any suggestions? If you dont get what I'm saying I can try and explain myself further :)
