Actors colliding into invisible area around another actor...

I seen a similar post, but when I click on it goes to an error page.

So I've reposted this one.

How do I get them to touch?
I went into ps and used the lasso tool to go exactly around the image and resave it as a png. I made sure the size is diviable by four. I even watched the video on youtube when he shows us to make the ball game. HELP please

If it's a ball, go to the actor and under physics, there is a "collision shape" box. change it to circle.
