Hey guys,
I got my first freelancer job, designing a simple application for a private school and to prepare, a little book shopping was in order!

Create iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad Apps with Web Standards dedicates chapter 12 to submitting an app.
Because so many (including myself back then) have problems with this last stage, I want to mention this book because it takes much of the guess work away and, unlike so many other books, is very easy to read! :)

It's published by New Riders and has a gray cover or, here is a link:

When I started iOS there were very few good resources. I struggled with the most basic deployment steps. Thanks for sharing that.

It looks like an interesting read and certainly a very different approach to that taken by most app development texts.

I own that book. I use nimblekit as well to make apps. HTML/Java based.

    Hi guys,
YES, this is a great book and I'm glad that I bought it!

I can't imagine doing book shopping without an iPhone anymore.
Now, I grab the books I want, find a chair, fire up the iPhone, go to amazon and read the reviews.
If books get one star reviews that have credibility and mention sloppy editing .... poof!

This book, at the time I bought it, had three five star reviews! :)
When I saw chapter 12 and how the submission process is described in detail (which more and more books are including now) I was pleased and wished that those who struggle, especially when one submits the first app, could read this!

Now all I have to do is find a good "shopping cart" app that I can install which allows some kind of member site and I'm all set!
