Puting app on itunes

Could someone tell me how to put an app on itunes starting at how to make a developer account to putting it up. I have seen videos but there are still a few things i dont know

    You need to contact Apple abut creating a developer account and then read all of apples publishing info and then read the additional info on this site. No need to go in huge detail about info thats already here if you don't even have an account yet. Your getting the cart way before the horse IMO.
