Ad Hoc Question

Hey everybody
Quick question, I made an ad hoc build of my app yesterday, and have it running on my phone. My question is, I've made some tweaks on my app today and I want that on my phone. Do I have to create a new app ID/provisioning profile? Or can I just use the same provisioning profile and republish my build from today through game salad and sync?
