CS5 Help - Copying from Photoshop to Ai or Flash and they are losing their trans

They are losing their transparent Bg, anyone what I have to do?

    save it as .png? :)

    In Photoshop, choose the 'Save for Web' option rather than just as a .png, then it will give you the option to save as a png and keep transparency.

    Oh talk about a long process, I just wanted to copy it into flash with each edit to see if the Animation would suit well. Merrrrrrrr. haha thanks Guys! I think I can make it work quickly.

    have a look on the adobe forums, after all you did spend a fortune on CS5

    Although I think my MAC one is about to run out.
