iAds?

Can someone explain to me how I would use this? I know what they are and I see how they generate extra income.....but what companies put their iAds in your game/how does it work?

Any info much appreciated.

Do a search, its been talked about a million times

If you add iAds in your game, your app will request an Ad to apple.
Apple will show an Ad or not (impressions)... this is the Apple choice.
