changing app during reveiw

hi i want to change the app icon on two of my apps as they both have the gloss on them which i dont like one is in reveiw and the other is awaiting reveiw if i change either of these will it mean the apps will both go to the back of the reveiw que ?

    to be honest ive never even looked about the glossy icon. But i can tell you that if its something thats on the apple site under your app info, then it shouldnt set u back at all and would most likely be just like changing info. But if its somethign you do when publsihing with gamesaald, and u then have to submit a update, the update will move you down to the bottom of the list
