using the templates in GS

am i aloud to use the templates in GS in a game that i publish to the app store ... not only the first 11 'stock' templates but the rest of the bellow made by the GS community?

    change art
    concept
    gameplay

    you are supposed to use a template to teach you how to do whatever it is you bought the template for. not just submit it as you bought it
