Torch effect has stopped following my character.

Hello,

I was working on my game, playing around with a few things (not the torch/light effect actor) but now for some reason it has stop working. I went through the tutorial again and it stays the same.

I added 2 scene in front of the scene where the torch effect is in play but pretty sure it was working when I did that.
