Touch n´scroll - like on the iPhone...but how?

Hi out there,
I wonder if it isn´t possible to make an actor that will scroll from button to top in the wonderfull iPhone style. So you swipe from button to top, the field should beginn to scroll fast and then slower...
In my case I want to display many textinformations that would not fit on one screen, so I need a nice scrolling option.
I checked out the "scroll" templates (thanks to Fire Maple!), but thats not exactly what I mean, because I don´t want to have a old-fashioned "scrollbar". And as a newbie I have really no idea if this is possible with GS?
