Reinstalling

Hi guys! I'm just wondering how to reinstall Xcode, or where to download the application loader 1.4. Do anyone know how to reinstall or, where to download the application loader 1.4?

spotlight "application loader" and it should be the first hit. Its already installed

Download Application Loader... http://itunesconnect.apple.com/apploader/ApplicationLoader_1.3.dmg

You can install Xcode over the old one, some people like to delete the previous version, but I just installed over the old one and it worked fine for me.
