Scene postion versus mouse position problem

Hello all,

I am running into an issue that I wish you can help me with. I have a scene that is 480X640 and I have an actor that moves and control the camera. The position of the actor reflect the real coordinate in regard to the entire scene while the mouse position is limited to the current scene. For example if the actor is at 460X200 the mouse is about still between 0-320. Is there way to make to correlate the mouse with the actor when the scene is lager than 320X480?

I hope I explained the problem clearly enough.

you need to add a offset for the camera position
