as illuminating a button?

hello friends, I have a main screen where you're drawing the button "start" I have to do so when someone touches the start button this light changes or something happens? any suggestions? thanks guys

    make another image that is in pressed state, then make a rule that when pressed the image changes to the one with different graphics, and when you release the button it changes back to the original one..

    or change width and height when touch is pressed, change back to original size in the 'otherwise' bit of the rule.
