What am i doing wrong? ( left and right movement)

i started using gamesalad 3 weeks ago so i watched this video

so i could learn how to do right and left movements for iphone games
the problem that i have been facing is i did the same thing as the video but i still couldn't let the actor stop moving when i don't press the right or left actors. so i want you to help me out and tell me what am i doing wrong.

in your right and left actors you have the wrong direction in the 'otherwise' bit.

Dude I have so many issues with booleans it's not funny although they are good and there are many methods...
Save a second version of you file and try using an interger instead.
when button is pressed change interger to 1.
when released change to 0

etc etc... might work.
