A couple of questions....

Q1. What is the most complex game you can create? In terms of gameplay, music, and graphics. The reason I'm asking this is that my first game that I'm attempting to make is quite ambitious, including stat tracking, moving around, ect.

Q2. Should I start off small, or ambitious? This sort of ties in with Q1...

Q3. Can you create tools, rather than just games? Or would you rather be better off with Corona/actually learning Objective C?

Thanks. :D

Well i mean stat tracking is easily feasible as well as achievements highly recommend downloading star daze HD or at least checkin it out which was made by t-shirtbooth with gamesalad has tons of stat tracking a store and other cool stuff! also checkout spazcon which should be out here soon has achievements...also will be getting gamecenter support here pretty quick! So as far as complex goes you can get pretty deep although as typical the more user friendly an application is the less robust it is although most things are feasible with gs it usually requires more memory. Although i would def not reccomend corona after messing with it and seeing the quality of its portfolio is on the crappier side correct me if im wrong but havent seen a polished non "static" so called game with it. So if you wanna shoot me an email @ b2iscool@gmail.com possibly talk more logistics could tell ya if it was feasible eh! peace
