I'm making a Memory Card game

At first, I was going to make an up-and-down shooting targets like game. But I decided to make my first GameSalad game a bit simpler to get more used to the the GameSalad Creator.

My dream outcome is this:
It will be a Memory Card game (also called Concentration) where you flip over cards to find a pair that matches. The shapes that are underneath the cards are animated sprites to make the game more...colorful. And there's music and sounds too.
You can set the difficulty in the game, such as different time limit, more or less cards to search through, etc.
One major thing I would love to add to this game would be the ability to set up your own set of cards for your friends. You know, you place certain matches here, and other matches there. Get my point?
It would also be cool to have online scores, but I'm not sure GameSalad can do that.....yet.

Anyway, I'm still a beginner at GameSalad, so I'm not so sure how to work everything. Like how do I make the cards random generated? How do I make use only one actor for a card and make copies of it, but each card has individual functions? Stuff like that.

Hi TJgamer .. I would start by opening the GS creator and in the NEW+ area search for 'card'. A great template by tshirtbooth should show and double click to get access so you can see how it all might work.

Thanks. I guess I'll watch all his videos through first.
If I have any more problems or questions, I'll post them here.
