Help with sensor bar in Camera Controls

Hi I am trying to move the sensor bar to the bottom left part of the screen but it seems to be by default centered so my character starts running then he stays in the center of the screen. What I'm trying to do is keep him an inch away from the left of the screen as he runs.

    Anyone know if its possible? If not how can I keep my actors position to the left of the screen about an inch away from the left while hes running right. So you can see all the open space ahead of you and have time to think if he has to for example jump.
